Kisaragi: Regal Empress

Several words about making:
- silk taffeta is not very nice at all lol. I don't want to use it for cosplay once again XD
- headpieces made of worbla, mah first time working with that wonderful material! I'm always happy to try new techniques and I hope to improve my skills *o*
- I used 3 white wigs and 3 packs of white kanekalon to make the whole wig. Also, colored it with my special technique for mixed white, silver and light purple tone. Still need to work on it a bit!
